About the Fly Agaric
The iconic red-with-white-spots toadstool. Contains ibotenic acid and muscimol - psychoactive compounds. Siberian shamans used them ritually for 3,000+ years. The Alice in Wonderland mushroom is a fly agaric. Reindeer eat them and seem to enjoy the effects. Despite their toxicity, deaths are extremely rare. They were the original source of the name toadstool.
