About the Jeweled Deathcap
A beautiful but deadly Amanita species with a yellow-green cap decorated with white veil remnants. Contains amatoxins identical to the death cap. Found in Europe and parts of North America. Their attractive appearance lures inexperienced foragers. Symptoms identical to death cap poisoning with delayed onset. One of several Amanita species responsible for fatal poisonings.
